Your hand dryer comes with a 5-year warranty covering all parts (excluding the HEPA filter), starting from the date of purchase, subject to the warranty terms and conditions.

All factory-installed parts of your hand dryer are covered by a five-year warranty against material and workmanship defects, provided the device is used in accordance with the operating and installation manual. If CLEANTEC determines that major components need to be replaced, CLEANTEC will send the necessary replacement parts for on-site installation by the customer. The customer must return defective parts to CLEANTEC using the provided prepaid box.

Replaced parts must be returned to CLEANTEC, or an administrative fee will be charged. If a filter needs to be replaced, the customer will receive an offer from CLEANTEC for a filter replacement kit for on-site installation.

1. All parts returned to CLEANTEC and replaced become the property of CLEANTEC.
2. Repair or replacement of your Dyson Airblade device under warranty does not extend the warranty period.
3. The warranty provides additional benefits that supplement your statutory customer rights without affecting them in any way.
4. On-Site Service for Wash+Dry Models: Labor costs for the replacement of the motor unit, filter, and solenoid are not covered under the warranty. In case of failure of these parts, the customer will receive replacement parts for self-installation on-site.

Damages caused by faulty installation are not covered by your warranty. The installation MUST be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Dyson does not provide warranty coverage for the repair or replacement of a product if the defect is due to the following:

1. Accidental damage caused by improper use or care, unintentional or intentional misuse, neglect, vandalism, or careless handling of the device that does not comply with Dyson's user manual.
2. Use of parts that were not installed or fitted according to Dyson's guidelines.
3. Use of third-party parts and accessories not manufactured by Dyson.
4. Faulty installation or installation that does not strictly adhere to Dyson's provided installation instructions (except when CLEANTEC performs the installation itself).
5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications that are not in accordance with Dyson's instructions.
6. External causes such as transportation damage, weather conditions, power outages, or power surges. Normal wear and tear (e.g., fuses, etc.).
7. Damage due to improper cleaning methods that do not follow the instructions in the manual, such as cleaning with chemicals or products listed as harmful to the device.
8. Water damage caused by cleaning or treatment not allowed as per the instructions in the manual.

All devices delivered by CLEANTEC are automatically registered. This ensures a quick processing by the field service team.

The installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician or an authorized Dyson Professional distributor.

The instructions in the user manual and installation guide must be followed in full. Failure to do so may result in improper operation, property damage, or injuries.
Dyson accepts no liability for property damage, injuries, or business or revenue losses if you, your employees, or the installation or service technicians fail to comply with the instructions in the user manual and installation guide.

A comprehensive installation guide is included with the package. This guide contains detailed information on the proper installation of the device. It is essential to follow these instructions, including the proper routing of electrical cables. Damages caused by faulty installation are not covered under your warranty.

CLEANTEC registers every device that is delivered. If you purchase your device through a dealer, your warranty begins on the purchase date. Please retain your proof of purchase. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, your warranty will begin 90 days after the manufacturing date, as indicated by the serial number.

If the device is sold within the EU, the warranty is only valid if the device is installed in the country where it was sold. If the device is sold outside the EU, this warranty is only valid if the device is installed and used in the country where it was sold.

The Dyson hand dryer should be cleaned daily. Follow these three simple steps to ensure the device remains in optimal condition and hygienically clean. Improper cleaning methods or products may void the warranty.

1. Wipe all surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent.
2. Regularly clean the air intake on the sides.
3. Clean the floor beneath the device as well as the wall below and beside the unit.

Below are some cleaning chemicals that could damage the device and therefore must not be used. Using these products will void your warranty. Avoid the following:

• Alcohol-acid mixtures
• Alcohol
• Solvent- or oil-based products
• Quaternary ammonium
• Alkaline bleach
• Foaming agents
• Bleach or abrasive cleaners
• Do not use a pressure washer!

The Dyson Airblade hand dryer models have a IP24 certification. Using pressure washers can allow water to enter the housing. Water damage caused by improper cleaning will void your warranty.

Regularly check the air inlet to ensure that no dust or dirt has accumulated. Usually, wiping the air inlet with a soft cloth should be sufficient to remove dust and dirt. If the air inlet is clogged, the device will need more thorough cleaning or, if necessary, the filter should be replaced.
